The building has rooftop patio, Gym and Sauna.
Balcony: has two comfortable chairs and a nice table.
The rental includes basic cable TV, unlimited wireless internet and utilities.
Only 2 sets of FOBs/keys are provided.
The Tassimo coffee maker requires Tassimo pods that can be acquired at Starbucks or Tim Hortons, both close to the building.
The rental does not include parking, If needed, there is paid parking available in the building (approx. $20 - $30)
