I am looking to sublet out my 2-bedroom apartment right at yonge and eglinton. This is an amazing place!! Here's what you get:
-2 bedrooms
-2 full bathrooms, 1 of which is attached to the bigger of the 2 bedrooms
-2 balconies, 1 of which is attached to the bigger of the 2 bedrooms
-Rent works out to $862.50 per person which includes EVERYTHING (heat, hydro, electricity, etc)- However the place will not be furnished
-Unobstructed west view of the city
-The apartment building has a pool and patio on the roof that you have free access to, with an AMAZING view; definitely one of the best in the city.
-The apartment is also connected to the yonge and eglinton centre so to buy groceries, go to the subway, the gym, etc (all of which is in the mall) you don't even need to go outside!!

-Move-in date would be late June/early July- whatever works for you and would run until Oct. 1. However, the sublet can turn into a permanent lease for you after Oct 1 too so you are definitely not going to be time-constrained (but you can be time constrained if you want :-)

I am only moving because my roommate is moving away and I need to find a single bedroom apartment for myself. THIS IS A GREAT DEAL!!
